My daughter is already reliving this incident everyday and will continue to relive it for a long time. If you would do a little research, you would know that dog bite lawsuits hardly ever end up in court. They are settled with the homeowner's insurance company. The owner never gave us their insurance company information to settle with them because they said they would take care of everything.
These people have no remorse, letting their dog out without a leash only 2 weeks after the dog bit my daughter. This dog will probably bite another child, unfortunately.
