Mine was at 30.  I am 31 now.  I just keep having this feeling like I haven't done anything of purpose with my life, but once we get back to the US from Europe (it can't come soon enough I tell you!), I will be making some changes and starting my own business, so I am pretty excited about that.  We can also get on with our life, find our next house and start thinking about having a family, so I didn't cry this year, but next year my birthday will be great because I will be home in the US where I want to be instead of here where I am miserable!
