I am going through menopause too (just turned 50) and the hot flashes were driving me nuts - about every half hour or so and wasn't sleeping. I did some research on the 'Net because I can't take HRT and found a lot of good things being said about Estroven. About 2 months ago I started taking Estroven Maximum Strength and now I only get about 1 hot flash a day!! Yippee! They also came out with Estroven PM which I tried and I slept like a baby.
