It's like the two of them are always mad at each other. Everything he does annoys her and he responds to her annoyance by cracking down on her friends, her new boyfriend, her room - - - wait a minute! That sounds pretty typical father/daughter stuff, doesn't it? You're probably right. I have a feeling it's about him not wanting the baby to grow up and the "baby" wanting to grow up as soon as possible. I think a few years of perspective will make a big difference (if they don't kill each other first!)lol! Thanks for the reassurance! |
