I had this problem so bad 3 yrs. ago that I saw a chiropractor. Actually had to have help putting my socks and shoes on. Chir. told me that my pelvis had shifted from sitting for so many years, too long at one stretch, etc. Of course, he recommended long-term tx, then maintenance adjustments. I went until the acute phase was better, then had to quit because of time and money. He did suggest using ice 20min.on/20min.off. That did help. Also, if you can do some stretching exercises a couple times a day, even for just a couple of minutes by your desk will help. I still have problems, but not nearly as severe. Good luck! |
