My husband and I just started the TNT diet last week. For the first 4 weeks it's no carbs and they ain't kidding! No starchy vegetables like potatoes, no fruits. I am such a bread and butter junkie I swear I could live off of it so I'm a bit cranky even though I feel good. I lost 4 pounds in 5 days and then for some reason over the weekend, which I did not cheat except for 1 meal and not badly at that, I gained it back! But then again I think water weight gain may be the culprit.
Oh shoot that reminds me I need to go put my pot roast minus potatoes in the crockpot! |
