The colon key .  I think it needs it's own key, or at least not to have to shift.  I can't tell you the probably thousands of times i have put a semicolon instead of a colon and had to go back and change it.  Maybe it's just me but I think the colon key and the semicolon should be reversed on the keyboard.   What's your pet peeve today?
