Your second-hand smoke is harmful to others and the environment. Alcohol kills more people than just those who ingest it. Obesity only kills the person suffering from it. Rude to comment on it? Maybe. Then again, everyone who has to put up with the butts on the ground, the second-hand smoke, the nicotine stains and the stench of it clinging to you as you walk into the building -- well, I guess they do have a right to comment.
