They'd come in every night, have a noisy destructive party, and leave come dawn. Does the animal control in your area work 24/7? Ours doesn't. We tried blocking all entrances to the basement and they'd dig around it and get in anyway, making it clear they wouldn't take no for an answer. Was I supposed to blast music down my ducts all night, every night? I don't think so, my sleep is more important. IMO its less "cruel" than hunting for "sport". I was protecting my property and my peace of mind. I also have no problem killing bats that get in my house, and trapping smaller animals and relocating them elsewhere. If animals are outside, I don't mess with them. If they come in my house, I have a right to get them out by any means necessary. |
