I get a little pushy too when I'm trying to help. Perhaps she felt the sales lady would be a great help in trying to help you get the best buy for your money. She probably picked up on the fact that your hubby wouldn't give you that type of gift card unless he wanted you to look "sexy" and was trying to help. She didn't want to mention that you have a little weight problem (we all go there sometimes) and perhaps thought the sales lady could best help you show off your best assets. Being a pushy helper myself, I always mean very well, I just get a little carried away. She probably felt like she was helping, not hurting. I've never gotten a VS gift card, so I think he had an ulterior motive - wants you to be more romantic perhaps??? Give her another chance. |
