Two cans of pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 C. Shreddar cheddar cheese
3/4 C. Sugar
2 Tbsp flour
Mix together and put in casserole dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and pour about 1/2 to 1 stick of melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
This is a must at all our holiday dinners but my brother loves to eat it as his dessert. |
