We make cheesy potatos with ham; Layer thinly sliced potatos, thinly sliced onions, swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese in a baking dish.  Bake on 400 til potatos are soft and cheese is melted.  Very simple but delicious! Goes wonderfuly with ham...
