I think you did the best thing for your cat, and that it was advanced already. I've just been through lymphoma with a dog, and we caught it early enough to give her a little more time, but once they go over that edge from comfortable to in pain, then it's time to do them that biggest favor, just as you did. I am very sorry for your loss. If you're like me, you'll be seeing phantom cats moving by out of the corner of your eye for months. That's how it was when I lost a great cat years ago. |
