Call a neurologist who specializes, one who may probabably also have a PhD in Psych. Go in by yourself if you have to and describe what you are experiencing and maybe he or she can give you some direction and information that may help you have your husband evaluated. There are tests he can administer and others that he can send him out for. There are several things that come to mind, but without evaluation this is speculation. It is possible that after you consult a neurologist that he may send you out for evaluation by either a psychologist or psychiatrist, or both. Maybe he has family members or good friends who will help you to encourage him to be evaluated?
