I've never been to the doctor for this. I figured it was from when I was a young kid and slipped on ice and fell right on my butt. But after doing transcription for 14 years, I guess that could have something to do with it. It seems like sometimes when I'm getting ready to start my period, it gets a little worse. I'm not big on taking medicine for pain like that (only for headaches). I've been sitting on my exercise ball to type and that helps alot for me. I always put my keyboard in my lap anyway when I type, so sitting on the ball with keyboard in my lap is pretty comfortable for me. I just don't know if there's much you can do for something like that other than some exercising.
