actually signed up for it back in November but schedule was too nuts to get going on it, plus had not told DH about it (he went nuts last year when I said I wanted to do it as it is expensive and he did not want me spending the money). Well won $250 in December, MIL gave me $300 for Christmas and DH wanted to get me an expensive necklace ($600) for Christmas. So dropped on him that instead of getting a pretty bauble to pay for a month of the Nutrisystems. He is not happy but he will be in the long run. Going to stick to it for 4 months (will end up with 4 weeks of free food in the long run do to 2 deals I was able to swing with NS). I did NS years ago when I only had to lose 15 pounds, have about 70+ to go this time. So I am hoping as long as I am good about it (the exercise is my downfall) then I hope to be at least 40 pounds lighter in 4 months. Then I will just watch what I eat, do Lean Cuisine for dinner, etc. and try to keep the downward spiral going. |
