You might have to have his sister sign some kind of form allowing her to authorize medical treatment for him. There might be other legal issues to tend to which might be best, just in case.
But if you are in agreement with the arrangement with his sister and you are not completely barring him from your home, taking his key doesn't seem unreasonable unless the reason is based on underlying hostility (for whatever reason). If that's the case, you might want to resolve that before he goes. |
