I'm a lumpectomy survivor and I'd say anything that opens in the front and is easy to get in and out of. Fortunately, I didn't have to have a mastectomy but I would assume there will be frequent exams during the postop course and probably painful to raise arms, if able to at all. I personally liked pajamas with top that buttoned in front - don't have to get completely undressed and easy to get in and out of. Best wishes to your friend. Will say a prayer for her. |
