sounds like you all are getting into a habit. . . a rut so to speak. . break up the rut now. . a person can only treat you badly (or call you names) if you let them. . sometime when you aren't fussing with each other, you need to have a serious talk. . working from home is very difficult with all the little distractions and anything he can do to help -instead of hinder- would be great. . you don't bother him or distract him at his work do you? It is hard to get people to understand that this is a real job with a real schedule, etc. .
communication is the answer. . I read somewhere once that anger isn't a real emotion - it is just a response to another emotion that you don't know how to deal with, such as frustration, fear, etc. . . |
