Something about engaging their caving instincts. Read that somewhere. They have their comforters and bones in there so it's super comfy, gives them something to do, and the rule is if 2 reprimands in 10 minutes, I yell "crate" and off they go. They run in their crates, do their mandatory 3 spins, and tuck in their noses. :o)
