The ducts were cleaned before we moved in. And it has an air-exchange system that completely renews the air within the house every 25 hours. Which is good and bad - if it's mold I'm allergic too, then mold spores are probably coming in from outside. We do have filters, but I'm sure they can't filter out everything. I'll have to check out those nasal washes. Thanks.
