I get very little exercise. Since MQ changed last year I've had to pick up a second job so now I work 5 days for 12-1/2 hours and 1-10 hour day with 1 day off to crash. After working it's all I can do to walk to bed and crash. I just have to make time to do it. Maybe that will help me. I'm having a difficult time working today and know they wouldn't take kindly to my calling in ill on a holiday weekend. I'll just have to tough it out and take lots of deep breaths. How do you do biofeedback? |
