fried corn. It is really good and have had it lots in my life, mostly corn just scraped off the cobb with some bacon and butter. (I think her amount of butter is more than most of us use here in the south, she overdoes it with the butter). It might sound excessive but you are using mostly the corn as the base for your dish so not over the top like lots of her dishes are say with all that buttering and flouring she does!! |
