hey, thanks everybody! I was in the shoes of those of you with unappreciative bosses for a long time, so when I became a supervisor I insited to my boss that we show the MTs how much we appreciate them and value their hard work. I KNOW how hard they work as I did (and do) the same work they do! Now, i heard there was an MT day...does anybody know when that is?????? i would love to send our MTs gifts for that!!!! |
