My Tips: Don't worry so much about keeping house clean with two under the age of 5 other than what you need to do. Let them make a mess and only clean it up all at one time. Try to structure time, which I know is difficult. Mine were 5 years apart, but I put a table and chairs next to my desk and had them doing things there. I had to learn to also have noise and TV playing in background while I typed. Employee probably doesn't allow much flexibility for you, but you may need to find something that allows you a larger window to get the work done.
God bless ya'... Believe it or not, it does get a little better as they get older. Mine are 13 and 8 now and pretty much busy themselves. They have adjusted well to my working at home, but I am not an employee with set hours.  |
