... is in that range and many other grads that I know have made the same their first year. I don't understand the negativity towards CS.  I feel that if someone gets quality training (regardless of WHERE) and has the initiative to work on their production, they can make the same too. I was able to start out doing acute care and thanks to my training was completely prepared.  What is wrong with sharing that information???
