Thanks for the input. I am also trying to get an answer from Health & Human Services, but that may take a while. I realize it is extremely convenient for them to use their cell phones, but I am concerned because cell phones are not considered secure, as a land line is. Also, cell phone quality tends to be very poor, depending on where the dictation is taking place, surrounding noises, etc., - as I'm sure you have noticed yourself. Thanks again. All input will be appreciated.
