I work in a hospital and I had a very similar experience, the supervisor ALWAYS siding with the other person.  I got written up, told to mind my business, not to look to the right or left.  I have reported problems, but unfortunately nothing was done!!! I am now ostrasizied in my office and I am looking for another job.  It's not worth it, go in do work and close eyes  cat
