AMEN on that one, sister!!
Here is my little story about working in an ER..
We ended up with a manager who, among other things, left his previous job because he was 'messing around' with the new nursing grads..then, another nurse who was new (who wanted to be manager) began sleeping with the manager mentioned above...they caused so much division; people who had been friends for years became enemies, snitches, etc., and fired a nurse who had been working there at least 25 years for something totally bogus. Then the male manager left and guess who became the NEW manager (his little girlfriend) who then subsequently hired the 'boyfriend ex-manager's son!! It became so intolerable I left and glad that I did...
