This does offend me! It offends me because we can no longer allow children to feel safe in their own yard.  It offends me because the parents are the ones who the public places the blame on. They are victims in cases like this, too! But most of all, it offends me because this child will have a traumatized body and mind for the rest of her life. Where did her innocence go? When they catch the imbecile, I hope they cut off his testicles and shove them done his throat. THAT would NOT OFFEND ME!
