FRANKLIN, Tenn., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spheris, a leading global provider of medical transcription technology and services, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Vianeta Communications, a leading developer and supplier of enterprise-wide clinical documentation technology for hospitals, health systems and group practices. The acquisition further expands Spheris' ability to deploy technology and service solutions for healthcare providers of any size and complexity. Virtually all healthcare specialties, including radiology, will be able to benefit from Spheris' enhanced clinical documentation technology and service options.
