I had a phillipine doctors dictating an ESWL one time. Sounded like he was saying a tranverse type person. Looked everywhere and it made no sense. After about 30 minutes and then calling the doctor, the patient was a transvestite person. We live in a small rural town and the last thing I was thinking was transverstite. Wow was I surprised
