Well that does sound a little far fetched. I did not read the whole thing of course to see how he came to this conclusion. I think maybe he is just trying to make the school sound good. Not that some new grad MTs aren't good, but I don't think a company would actually choose a new grad over 15 years exp unless they wanted to pay cheap wages. Actually I only have about 11 months exp. so I am not far from being a new grad myself, but I know they didn't want me over someone with alot of exp. The lady that hired me I guess just wanted to give me a chance and she had some really easy dictation too. I am grateful because now I have moved on to acute care. |
