I worked for Klaar for 2 years. In the beginning it was not like this, but all of a sudden when his brother left after helping him start up the company, it got bad. It did not take long for him to screw it up totally! I have had late checks, up to 2 to 3 weeks late several times in a row.  I finally quit, gave month notice and now my time is up, thank goodness! I found another company I am very happy with, get paid on time! Never a problem! Captain Rick is crazy!!!!
