Once my son gets started, it doesn't stop.  The best thing I have found is the topical Phenergan - just rub it on their temples.  He never could keep the liquid down, and the suppositories burned too bad.  Emetrol has always worked well for me - the Wal-Mart brand is just as good.  Good luck - I hope he feels better soon.
