Thank you so much -- I do feel relieved. However, when I looked at the IT manual it seems complicated, with so many different choices. ShortHand looks basic and simple to use in comparison.
If you have the time to answer these questions I would really appreciate it:
1. When you made the switch and imported the Shorthand did you need to learn new commands or do anything different to expand your former Shorthand entries? (I just type an abbreviation and hit spacebar and get my expansion).
2. Did it take a lot of time to get used to IT?
3. As a former Shorthand user what were the biggest hurdles you found in making the switch?
4. Now that you've used IT do you prefer it to Shorthand and if so why?
