How to handle it?  What's that supposed to mean?  She is supposed to work for free?  Don't think so...  They should have told her up front that were some dictations on there that have been transcribed.  They ought to be organized enough to know what they gave her on the flash drive. And, how nice to give it to her on a holiday weekend?  Wasn't that sweet?  NOPE!  Can you tell I've been burnt?  Because I have.  I transcribed for 3 months with no payment.  So, please be careful what you say is "just this one time" because it never turns out that way.
