Do you pay a decent wage? On time? Do you value your employees? If you treat them right they would help you out when you need it. I too worked over the holidays. There wasn't much work but I was available. You have 48 employees and no one would work? Who's in charge? Get rid of them. There are plenty out there ready, willing and able.
