You have the wrong employees. I NEVER TAKE THE HOLIDAYS OFF unless there is no work for me to do.
Don't tell me there aren't people in the US who have no work ethic because you are looking in the wrong places. I know lots of people who have a better work ethic than you apparently. Poor baby had to do four 18-hour shifts...if you "OWN" your own company and you only have 48 employees, this can happen when you um, like give them all the day off.
Sounds like to me you have IC workers, not employees. Most "employees" I know work when employer says to work. If you need people to work holidays, why did you give them all the day off? |
