It is not only blatent theft, it is cheating, lying and or course stealing.  In my 25 years I have found that few companies do anything about it - as long as they have a few professionals who will transcribe what comes their way.  My sister worked for WebMedx and said their platform was cherry-picking proof, but I don't know if she has had enough on-line experience to really tell.
