Hey cj....Not sure about being incorporated, but I am an IC and my husband and I formed a partnership in our state (MT), and we deduct everything that we can for the business each year. I don't know much else, as my husband does all our financial stuff, and we do use a CPA also... But the only tax we pay is 15% social security. You might want to see if that is better than incorporating in your state. Hope that helps some.... |
