If it is full of errors, the doctor blames it on the system or the equipment, not on himself, that's the PROBLEM. If it is like you say, then I think that the client pays for straight transcription and ASR the same rate, since he does not know if it is straight or ASR. He is just dictating. Am I right or wrong?
