I have my biz cards ready to go. I have my letter partially ready to go, with sticky notes that I’ve designed as a promotional giveaway to insert into my packets. I need some advice/suggestions for startup. If I get ‘that’ call and the customer wants digital rather than tapes, who pays for the handhelds? Do you all use an FTP site for return of documents, or some other way? What wav player do you suggest or use that works for you? I’ve tried GearPlayer, the trial download, which is very nice. I have had a lot of trouble with Express Scribe, so that is out. The audio skips and is just overall very bad. I have never had good luck with Express Scribe.
