the best training is in the hospital setting where you get help - don't quit, as my cohorts told me, it takes 5 years as an MT and whoola, like magic it all clicks. At 5 years (inhouse hospital), i swear, it was true. It happened. My line counts doubled, I wasn't in the books all the time and believe me, i am no speed demon - just average but i persisted. Hang in there/ |
