As for best? People tend to fall in love with whichever they have and will be happy to tout it. I like Shorthand's simplicity of use, with many sophisticated features available in the background for those who want them. InstantText is another very good one with apparently all the bells and whistles the market has to offer these days. Its users swear by it. Do note that the "Windows ShortHand Word Expander," Expanderic, is a new program and is not Shorthand. |
