My boss (the owner of Allstate) just said how many of you are cutting and pasting from word? And most everyone said they were. She said the client is having problems and I didn't even understand what she was talking about like what kind of problems. But they traced it back to cutting and pasting from word. The client asked if the MTs were doing that and she told them yes because our Expanders and spellcheckers won't work and they said DO NOT do that anymore. So I said you know I can't do this. It was just a pain. Wasn't worth it. So I don't know how they knew but they did. |
