I just started on the EMDAT platform and did not buy their foot pedal as I have an Infinity foot pedal that works with it. However, it is driving me crazy. When I press play for a short period of time and then let up on it, the dictation will not stop. Only when I hold play down for a long period of time will it stop when I let up on it. I called EMDAT's help number and really got nowhere. Has anybody else had this problem. Should I buy the EMDAT foot pedal - is that any better? |
