I just would like to be fairly compensated for all the medical knowledge I've amassed in 33 years of being an MT, not just the physicality of typing more.  But that is too much to ask.   I just can't physically exhaust myself anymore. Expanders or not, you still have to beat the keyboard.  If that's what others want to do, so be it.  I just work at my own pace and make what I make.  I'm not killing myself anymore because then the MTSOs will want more and more and more production and want us to keep pushing, pushing and pushing.  Its a never ending cycle.
