in the economy today I just can't see why the newbies or fairly new MTs have to complain all of the time. It seems to me that if they were working instead of complaining on this board they would be more productive. Also, my husband does not do road construction but my friends in this area do make that doing road construction. But they are only home 1-2 days a week from April-May until November. So, you take what you can get and make it work.
