why some QA people feel the need to nitpick everything..

Commas are important, but if you send a report to 5 people, you will get 5 different versions of where a comma should be. How does that negatively impact the patient's medical record.

Come on people...really!! All the medical terms are correct, the sentence structure is correct...the record is technically written. Leave the report alone.

It is my opinion that some just feel superior finding fault in other people's work.

My advice to you ~ Hold your head up, keep on doing what you do best!! Don't worry unless you have gross medical errors in your transcribed material. Take the feedback and do what you will with it, but do not take everything so personal. Be a free spirit and don't let it get you down!!

Hope tomorrow is a brighter day for you!!!
